I love bringing people together. Through stories. And through food. 

Ever since I was a bambina I have loved cooking and experimenting with flavours.

The kitchen is a place of beauty and order where everything serves a purpose. In my childhood home, it was Mamma’s kingdom where she prepared fabulous food with lashings of love. I try to follow her example.
Just the act of cooking something as simple as pasta in tomato sauce makes me deliciously happy.

Preparing food for friends and family is a way of showing affection. Italian cuisine is like a loving embrace, as warm as a slice of freshly baked ciabatta and as sweet as a spoonful of tiramisù. It has the power to fill the home with comfort and joy.
