Ever since I was a bambina, I've loved cooking and experimenting with flavours.
Back then, the kitchen was Mamma's kingdom.
A place full of wonderful smells, delicious food and plenty of love. I still try to follow her example.
Even something as simple as making pasta with tomato sauce makes me deliciously happy.
For me, cooking is a way of showing affection.
Italian food is like a warm embrace.
It brings comfort, joy and, most importantly, people together.
I've always loved bringing people together. Through stories, laughter and, of course, food.
